2016 Formula 1 world champion Nico Rosberg has not ruled out the possibility of taking up a role in motorsport’s most prestigious electric series. The German has always expressed interest in Formula E, and has admitted it is something that interests him.
“I know quite a lot [about Formula E], I have been following it. It has an amazing future, a great future,” said the 32-year-old. “I’m open to exploring. Let’s see what the possibilities are. But I’m definitely interested.”
Rosberg stunned the motor racing world at the end of his championship winning year when he announced that he would be retiring from F1.
