For the third time this Formula 1-season, Max Verstappen has been voted ‘Driver of the Day’. Fans worldwide casted their votes at Formula1.com during the race. The twenty-year-old Dutchman got the majority of the votes in a race where he came in fourth. After a great catch up-race in China and a nice second place in Japan, Max was also the recipient of this accolade.
Max had a great catch-up race in Austin by getting through the pack from sixteenth all the way to the front. Having had a good start, the Dutchman made little work of his competitors.
