The FIA has officially set the date at the International Court of Appeal for Haas F1 to appeal the decision that disqualified Romain Grosjean’s car from the Italian Grand Prix last month.

Following the race at Monza, Renault launched a complaint against the American team, requesting that its floor should be investigated. After a thorough investigation, it was determined that the floor did not comply with the regulations, leading to Grosejans’ exclusion from the classifications.

The floor failed to have the required 50mm radius edges on the front area. Haas originally appealed for special dispensation to extend the time they needed to make the changes for Singapore, but its request was denied by F1’s governing body.
