Sky Sports has revealed that Nico Rosberg will join their pundit line-up at certain races throughout the 2018 season, starting this weekend in Melbourne. The 2016 Formula 1 world champion retired days after claiming his title, and made his Sky Sports debut last year at the Japanese Grand Prix.

The 32-year-old will provide fans with “unparalleled insight on the 2018 F1 season.” Rosberg will also work as a pundit for German broadcaster RTL this year, following the retirement of Niki Lauda. Despite not having the same excitement as racing a car, Rosberg admits he is looking forward to his new role.
