Romain Grosjean won’t be sacked by Haas despite his recent troubles; that’s according to Guenther Steiner.

Grosjean arrived in Monaco on Wednesday facing a three-place grid penalty after causing a collision on the opening lap of the Spanish GP.

It was his second crash in as many races with the Frenchman also retiring from Baku when he hit the wall while the race was under Safety Car conditions.

His incidents have led to speculation that his race seat at Haas could be under threat.

Steiner says that is not the case.

“We didn’t even speak about it,” the team boss told Motorsport.com.
