Sebastian Vettel and Aston Martin will need to produce the results that “match Lawrence Stroll’s ambition” after his big-money signing.

Racing Point, which will run under the Aston Martin moniker next season, announced last week that Vettel would be joining the team in 2021, signing a multi-year deal.

Doing the deal reportedly cost Stroll $40 million.

The four-time World Champion leaves Maranello for Silverstone on the back of what is shaping up to be his worst season ever in Formula 1.

Brawn, however, believes Vettel still has what it takes to fight at the very front of the field – and he’s going to need that to match team owner Stroll’s “ambition”.
